Reggie Sanders was named President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO), Project Overlord Systems Inc. in January 2021.  In addition, he serves as a member of various boards as a logistics advisor.

  

As President CEO and COO, Mr. Sanders leads the growth and product development strategy for Project Overlord Systems Inc. in America with a focus on helping achieve the company’s vision to be a leader in mobility security solutions.

Sanders began his 32-year military career in 1985 at the 10th Mountain division as a logistics officer in upstate New York.  He began his 20-year career in the automotive industry in New York in 1989, rapidly gaining experience in sales, marketing, customer service, automotive technology and project management.  Over the following years, he built his expertise in finance, general management, operations and logistics, first as the Asia Pacific Senior logistics Manager for the MOPAR parts division under DaimlerChrysler and then as the Europe Senior Logistics Manager for MOPAR.  From 2006-2014, he took on a series of senior leadership roles within the New York National Guard, that include a battalion command and three brigade commands at the rank of Colonel.  His business development acumen brought the New York National Guard key strategic awards and gains in mission success through skillful turnaround of key areas.

 

In 2017, he was appointed Senior Channel Manager Military for Bridgestone America.  This was a result of his global exposure, multi-industry business development expertise, military experience and deep understanding of the American automotive/mobility market.  While in this role, he focused on sales, negotiations and achieved double digit growth and increased military market leadership.  

 Sanders earned his bachelor’s in business from Western New England College, an MBA from the University Buffalo New York and a master’s in Strategic Leadership from the United States Army War College.
